Homejoy was an on-demand startup that connected home cleaners with clients through web and mobile applications. In early 2015, I began working with the Product and Supply Chain teams to design and implement a company-wide rebranding process for all physical and digital collateral. The project presented unique opportunities to design for two distinct but equally important customer sets: the cleaning professionals and the clients who used the platform.
